RIDDLE ME A DISNEY WORLD TRIP REVEAL

Sometimes my husband and I are worse than the kids. We had planned to surprise the boys with a trip to Disney World for their birthdays, but in true parenting fashion, we were too excited about the trip to keep it a secret any longer. So the big Disney World trip reveal came a little early.

DISNEY WORLD TRIP REVEAL

The plan had been to give the kids a clue each day between their birthdays, and then have them unscramble the letters to reveal the big news. Instead, we did the whole activity – but all at once – NOT over the course of multiple days!

Each of the 11 quotes were missing one letter – when put together and unscrambled would spell our destination: D-I-S-N-E-Y-W-O-R-L-D!

We pulled movies from all of their favorite Disney classics like Peter Pan, Cars, Lilo & Stitch, Frozen and more.

The boys worked together to figure out the clues and wrote the missing letter on the back

Then, they unscrambled the letters to uncover their birthday gift!

NETFLIX HELPS US PREPARE FOR OUR DISNEY TRIP

Although I have loved streaming Netflix forever, they won my heart for infinity when they decided late last year to partner with Disney to exclusively stream their new movies. With this partnership, I have seen an uptick in so many other Disney movies to stream! When we go on a Disney vacation, we make it a family mission to prep for our trip by watching and rewatching Disney movies to prep for the trip.

February and March have brought a whole host of new Disney movies to Netflix to help us prep for our trip. Adding to the list of our favorite Disney movies to stream on Netflix, March adds Pete’s Dragon and The BFG – both on our pre-trip watch list.
