At the rate I’m going…

…don’t expect a holiday card from me before New Year’s Day. Usually I have my cards ordered, in envelopes, labeled, and stamped so that they are ready to go the week after Thanksgiving. This year I just lost track of time – and here we are mid-November, and I am just starting to look at card designs.

I think Tiny Prints prepares for people like me.

I went onto their site today to start laying out my cards and realized that if I ordered today, they would have my cards to me by December 1 (by November 22 if I wanted to rush my order!). That’s within my normal timeline – yippee!

I am drooling over their cards, with everything from classic Christmas greetings:

To ornament cards…C’mon, family and friends, don’t you want my mug hanging from your tree this year?

The one that really intrigued me was their DIY Holiday Card line.  I have one saved in a stunning peppermint blue background with a picture of my family at the spot King Phekus and I got married.  I just need “the boss” to approval the design before I order.  I was able to change backgrounds, text, and add embellishments – quickly with just a click.  The DIY feature is an important one for me, as the “happy holidays” card always look too “Christmas-y” for our tastes.

Well, what do you think, which card should I send this year?  Please comment and tell me what features you look for in a holiday card.  Also, until Saturday, Tiny Prints is offering 25% off all cards – what a deal!
Note: In full disclosure, I received 50 cards from Tiny Prints in exchange for a post.  But, I truly am very impressed with the quality of their cards.  I went to a blogging event last month and received several sample cards.  They are printed on high quality paper, have great ink quality, and are unique – everything I am looking for in a card!  So, I planned on ordering from them this year well before they offered to throw some in for free.

I love Tiny Prints. Just ordered my cards this week, and I can't wait to see how they turn out.
