Did you know other Disney resorts are open for you to visit if you are staying on site? If you have a Cars, Finding Nemo, Little Mermaid, or Lion King fans in your house, a visit to AoA is a must. The theming is beautiful at this resort, and with gorgeous pools with daily events and movies out on the grass, there was plenty for us to do right where we were staying. So much so, that we actually spent an extra day just exploring the Art of Animation grounds! If you are a jogger, there are some beautiful jogging paths by the lake, too!
We were hoping to cut costs on our trip, and food was one place we found it was easy to overspend. This is how we kept food costs under control with a little advanced planning. I think serving up breakfast in the resort room saved us $100 itself!
