…and get myself some more “Boogie Wipes”. We’ve all come down with some disgusting, snotty cold and without these wipes I think my kids’ faces might have crusted over. And if you have ever tried to peel dried booger off of your kids’ faces, you know how unpleasant that is for all people involved ( a crying kid turns his head away from your tissue and you basically have to sit on your kid to extricate the offending snot from their face) before the neat-freak mother in the carpool line gives you the side eye for the third day in a row. Besides, tissues never do the job right and I hate their powdery texture and old lady smell.
So, as I was sick of fighting my kids to clean their faces of grime, I browsed the aisles of my local Wegman’s for a solution. It came to me in a perfect, little, purple package – a wipe that in an instant cleans things off my kids’ faces that I might have needed a chisel. The saline must be the key ingredient, as it clears their noses, loosens the boogies, and removes the remains. And the grape smell – fabulous! I will admit I have experimented with the boogie wipes in a few ways:
1. Tried them myself – totally cleared my nasal passages.
2. Used them to remove syrup from Buddy’s face.
3. Used them to freshen the smell under Little Guy’s droolly chin so he didn’t smell like a sewer all day until bath time.
All three attempts were successful! Can you tell I just love these products?
PS This post is not sponsored by Boogie Wipes and the Boogie Wipe Moms have no idea who I even am. I just really love how easy they make my life and I am sitting here thinking about them as everyone in my house in sneezing and coughing their way through the night.
