Disclosure: My boys were provided with outfits from Kids Headquarters and I wanted to share them with you…all opinions are my own and have not been influenced in any way.
Confession: I am super picky about what my kids wear. I want my kids to be comfortable while also looking stylish. My mom was always really good about buying me clothes that made me feel good about myself (well at least once I got to middle school and she stopped allowing my Nana to dress me in velour track suits. Between my ridiculous haircut and my outfits, there were a few years in which I looked like an old man that had escaped from the nursing home.) She bought me Z. Cavaricci jeans and Abercrombie and Fitch tees. She made me at least look like I should fit in – even if I was always somewhat on the periphery.
I’ll do the same for my kids. I do my best to make them look their best…so that their winning personalities can shine through.
Iggy has been wearing some Tommy Hilfiger onesies when out on the town…like this little number with a seersucker vest and a preppy bow tie.
Totally adorbs, right?
I love the cheekiness of this Tommy Hilfiger plaid tie onesie, too. It looks like he is ready to go to a business lunch or something. And you KNOW my big boy is ALL BUSINESS when it comes to lunch.
Little Guy was so excited to try this Under Armour track jacket and pants that he shot a Spidey web at me. I love the versatility of the outfit, as he can take off the jacket or wear it open on warmer days and zip it up when it is chillier.
Buddy was so into the Under Armour shirts that he wouldn’t take them off…he just kept rotating them. So, I bought him 4 more. YES, he likes them that much. Judging from the pictures of boys ages 8-12 at camp, they also appear to be the “cool” thing for boys to be wearing. Who would have known? (Probably you.)
This camo Spiderman one is a favorite (I couldn’t find the exact one online, but here is a Batman version):
This Under Armour Alter Ego Superman shirt is loose fitting and lightweight. This boy is a texture kid and will not wear anything itchy or tight…If I am being honest, I would like one of these shirts for myself. It feels like it would keep sweat away from your body.
