We are a household of Star Wars super fans. I want to pretend that I am not as interested as the boys, but in the 300+ times we have watched the entire 6-movie saga (exaggeration? I am not sure…), I have learned to appreciate the beauty of the story. We were excited for last year’s Star Wars gift guide, but this year there is so much more to choose from in stores! With the anticipated release of The Force Awakens, Star Wars licensed gear is EVERYWHERE and we are geeking out on Star Wars gift ideas!

Star Wars Gift Ideas - from toys to clothes to books - this post has all kinds of unique ideas!

Uncle Milton Levitator

One of my absolute favorite Star Wars items for this year is the Jedi Force Levitator. Uncle Milton recently sent us this item to try out and the boys and I had a blast using static electricity to levitate orbs, bend the flow of water, and disturb dust. The levitator is simple enough for even my preschooler to use with supervision (the orbs can get tangled if he is left to his own devices). The levitator works extremely well in controlling the orbs, though I learned that (1) you don’t want to be too close to the walls and (2) you don’t want to go outside – they will blow away! In the center of a room, this set works like a charm, allowing the kids to experiment with the force push of the training rod and the force pull of their own hands.

Hours and hours of entertainment are packaged in this educational toy. We love it!

Here is a video of the levitator in practice. We were practicing force pushes with the training rod, and were getting pretty good with our control!

Star Wars PJs and Slippers

In my opinion, the softest, best Star Wars pajamas come from Hanna Andersson. At a recent blogger event, I got to shop for some new pajamas for the boys, courtesy of Hanna Andersson. I brought home 2 pairs of pajamas and 2 pairs of slippers – all Star Wars themed.

We love the ones that look like an Ugly Christmas Sweater:

And the Darth Vader ones make him feel powerful:

The boys wear their new Hanna Jams every chance they get, and the slipper socks are the first thing they slip on in the morning!   Star Wars slippers

Under Armour Star Wars

Under Armour (with Kids Headquarters) recently teamed up with Star Wars to design a line of kids’ clothes inspired by the movies. If you read our blog or follow on Instagram, you know my boys are all about Under Armour, so when they see the new clothes, they are going to want all.the.things!

The Millennium Falcon LEGO

The Star Wars LEGO sets are always impressive, and LEGO did not disappoint this year. Top of our list:

Blade Builders

A top gift on both my 4 and 6 year old’s list this year, Blade Builders brings innovation to the classic lightsaber design. We are getting these two sets this Christmas for the boys!

The Movies

Starting around age 4, the boys started watching the Star Wars series. Since then we have watched it on repeat. If you don’t own the movie set and have young fans in the house, this is a must have for the holidays.

The Origami Yoda Chronicles

Have a middle grades Star Wars fan? These books are super fun – even I enjoyed them!

Disclosure: This Star Wars gift ideas post includes items sent from Hanna Andersson and Uncle Milton for the purpose of this gift guide. All opinions expressed within are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

Love those PJs! I’m probably in the minority and am not that big into Star Wars, but I love the nostalgia around it and it’s something that the whole family can enjoy together.
