For the past year or so I have been eating a gluten-reduced diet.  I had found that my cravings for gluten-packed foods were causing my digestive tract to go all haywire on me.  As fans of the original Udi’s restaurant from our time spent in Denver, I was drawn to that particular brand of gluten-free products from the start.  They have a huge variety of products that even my non-gluten free family members enjoy (just ask who ate all the blueberry cashew granola – hint, it wasn’t me!).  Last week I received a huge package on my doorstep – thinking it was one of the many holiday gifts I was still waiting on, I was thrilled when I opened up the box and found that it was a HUGE stash of gluten free products for my family to try.

When I saw the dark chocolate brownie bites, I knew I wanted to try to make a Santa-themed treat to share with my family.

Seriously, this is the easiest recipe EVER.

  1. Warm a frozen Udi’s Dark Chocolate Brownie Bite in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Put a dollop of Reddi Wip Extra Creamy topping on the brownie.
  3. Cut the top off a strawberry and place it upside down on top of the Reddi Wip.
  4. Put a tiny dot of Reddi Wip on top of the strawberry.

Udi’s really does make the BEST muffins, yum!! Although I’m a huge chocolate fan, their vanilla muffin is to die for 🙂

I am not familiar with Udi’s because do not pay attention to the presence of lack of the presence of gluten in my food. I am curious about gluten and why I should incorporate gluten free food into my family’s diet. so I am glad to see a company I can refer to in my search.
