Disclosure: BabyPop provided me with a cape and mask to facilitate this review and giveaway. All opinions expressed in this review are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

If my middle son could, he might stay in costume 24/7.  He loves all dress up, but really, truly loves playing superheroes and “bad guys” the best. As a result, we have many superhero capes (both store bought and purchased in house to facilitate his imaginative play).

When BabyPop offered to send Little Guy a cape and mask to try, I of course jumped at the opportunity. Little Guy selected his cape color, emblem, and letter and we sent our order for a custom kid-sized cape off to be handmade.

Just the process itself was so exciting to him that he could hardly wait. And, when the package arrived – well, it was as if he had won a 3-year-old’s version of the lottery.

The craftsmanship on the cape and the superhero mask is absolutely impeccable. The materials were such high quality, and the details were so well-crafted, that I honestly could not believe that these capes retail for only $17 and the masks for only $4.50. They look like they cost so much more.

Think about it, for only $21.50 you can buy a custom kid’s cape and mask – what a special gift for a birthday girl or boy!

BabyPop even offers blank superhero capes for only $9. What a unique idea for party favors or classroom set of dress up capes!

Sherry, the creator behind the BabyPop line of superhero gear, has generously offered to create a custom cape and mask set ($21.50 value) for one very lucky Diapered Daze and Knights reader. Trust me, if you have a child in your life who loves playing dress up, you NEED one of these capes.

I’d choose the superpower of an automatically clean house! This way all that time spent cleaning up I could spend enjoying life instead of picking up Legos and doing laundry. 🙂
