Today I made a few batches of Cellentani Pasta with Broccoli in Butter-Mustard Sauce. If you don’t mind a little kick to your food, this will likely become one of your newest staples. Buddy eats pasta served in this sauce like he is expecting a famine.
Saute broccoli in EVOO over medium heat.
Cook Cellentani (I like Barilla brand) and drain.
Melt 6 heaping tbsp of butter in microwave. Stir in 2 generous tbsp of Grey Poupon mustard.
Mix pasta, broccoli, and sauce in bowl. Split into two portions and freeze.
