I raided my garage for some old tiles that were left over from a bathroom remodel. I also collected the following supplies:
(1) Scrapbook Paper (I used the Game board and Wood Letters pages from http://www.eksuccess.com/ found at Michaels a year or two ago).
(2) Mod Podge
(3) Decoupage Finish in Satin
(4) A Foam Brush
(6) Tacky Glue
I traced the tiles onto the back of the Game board Paper (My tile took 7 squares across and 7 down) and then I cut out the letters I wanted on my board.
I used Mod Podge to glue the gameboard to the tile. After 10 minutes, I glued the letters to the gameboard, also using Mod Podge. 15 minutes later, I coated the entire top with a layer of Mod Podge.
After a 30-minute episode of Pawn Stars (King Phekus and I are really into this show at the moment), I put a layer of decoupage finish on. I applied two more layers of decoupage, waiting 15 minutes between each layer.
